A rather obscene and lecherous water demon. Gojyo can be viewed as a jerk easily at first glimpse because of his wild nature. Nevertheless, he is actually quite sentimental and does care a lot about everyone in the gang like a big-brother type. On the journey, besides helping Sanzo, Gojo is also searching for his elder brother who saved his life from his mother and abandoned him when he was a kid. A big womanizer, he likes to quarrel with Goku, close to Hakkai, and doesn’t seem to be able to carry on a long conversation with Sanzo. Gojyo is a half-blood demon thus he doesn’t need to wear a control accessory to disguise himself as a normal human. His favorite weapon is a staff which attached with a chain and a blade, however in close fights he usually uses combat arts. Gojyo is also a big smoker.

Sha Gojyo
Gojyo is a flirtatious, sly, and flat-out horny rogue. His behavior may seem rough and vulgar at first (and it is), but to the friends who know him he's the dependable older brother. He's best friends with Hakkai, sparring partners with Goku ... and has a very strained relationship with Sanzo. Although his love for the ladies sometimes leads to problems, he seems to be searching for someone in particular, and it's not necessarily a woman. He doesn't need a power limiter to blend in with humans because of his unusual heritage. His favorite weapon is his shakujou staff which requires a chain to control its blade -- a messy piece in battle to be sure. He's 184 cm tall (approx. 6'0"), has scarlet hair and eyes, and, at 22, smokes like a chimney with a burning lust for cancer.

Sa Gojuo is a half human half demon. When he was a child the people on his town always call him a freak and his mother always hate's him. His mother was killed by his brother because she was going to kill Sa Gojuo. He learned to use his demon half to fight aside with Genso Sanso in search for the scrolls.
