Shien is one of Homura's followers (alongside Xenon) in Homura's plot to create a new world. 500 years ago, he was in Nataku's army and did care for the boy deeply. He did not believe it was right to allow Nataku to single-handed have to fight all the youkai, but no one in Tenkai is allowed to kill except for the Toushin Taishi because they were all supposed to be pure. His eyes remained closed most of the time, but when he did open them, they were a light blue color (I think). Shien's weapon of choice are his two whips, but he is even stronger when his hair is unbound and his eyes are open. This strength is used in his final battle but he is defeated by Hakkai (who had some minor help from Hakuryuu).

the only think known about him is he is with homura. He ussaully has his eyes closed but when their open he's using full power..
