Sumeragi Hokuto is basically a crossover character from CLAMP's earlier work Tokyo Babylon. She is Sumeragi Subaru's sister and was killed by Sakurazuka Seishirou 9 years ago. She shares a bond with Kuzuki Kakyou, having dragged him out of his depressed dreamscape some months before she died.

Hokuto Sumeragi is Subaru's twin sister that had deid seven years previous of this story line. She is quite the contrary to Subaru. Outgoing and is very loud. She doesn't have very strong powers like Subaru either.
