Kotori is Fuuma's younger sister. She was friends with Kamui before he and his mother left Tokyo for Okinawa. She is kind and gentle, and is surprised when Kamui snaps at her for being too familiar towards him when he returns to Tokyo(using -chan, for familiarity, rather than -san, a generic honorific). BTW, "Kotori" literally means "Little Bird" in Japanese.
