Subaru is Seishiro's archnemesis, and is hunting the Dragon of earth with a vengeance to conduct divine punishment for the death of his beloved sister Hokuto. But is that vengeance really what he wishes for? Or is there something else?

Subaru is a quiet reserved child. Tutored under hard conditions by his grandmother.He Had been brought up and trained by his grandmother. He has lived with his grandmother his father and mother had died. He is the next in line to be the ruler of the Sumeragi Clan. He's the most advanced omniyoji in Japan. Subaru is unlike most of the Dragon's of heaven , He wants revenge on Seishiro for the death of his twin,hokuto. He smokes so he can always think of his target, Seishiro. Subaru is a crossover from another clamp manga/anime Tokyo Babylon. He Will soon find out his bitter-sweet destiny to come.
