Joe

Joe is a 17 year old female bounty hunter and the lead fighter in the group. She favors action and killing over thinking things through. Fortunately, Sei or someone else is there to think for her at times. Joe and Meg were recruited by Sei at the same time since Joe and Meg have always been partners.

Joe appears nearly emotionless, but nearly goes out of control whenever Meg is in danger. When Joe gets enraged, a purple tribal pattern appears on her left arm. She doesn't seem to be able to control this consciously. (Anymore details and it'd be spoiling the story, sorry!)
