Miyama Mizuha (¿¼»³¿ퟵ was the captain of the manga kenkyuu kai (̡²踦µ沱) [manga club] at Kitanohashi High School. She was very well built, and Takakura always stared at her breasts when he tried to talk to her. She’s known to be Takeo’s nemesis.
Miyama is a girl who is very assertive. She and Takeo go back a long way. In fact, she's been tormenting him since he was a little kid. As the president of the manga club (which rivals the magic club), Miyama is naturally at odds with Takeo. She rules the manga club with an iron fist The other manga club members do what she says out of fear, more than respect. Once the Bell takes note of a magical flower on her head, Miyama believes that the Bell has chosen her for something.
Miyama actually likes Takeo but denies it. She even did a manga in the tv series about her torments on a guy and in the end, they become lovers (she's actually thinking of Takeo here cause it's the very same thing that happened between them except the fact that they became lovers!!!)
