Youta, also known as the "Dateless" amongst his friends and classmates is probably the most unselfish person I've ever met in an anime. He doesn't care about himself and even though he knows that he's going to end up heartbroken, he still helps others.
This is what happens when he helps Moemi to get Takashi to fall in love with her even though he has a secret crush on her himself.
You can say that when it comes to girls and dating, he's quite stupid but the reason is because he's inexperienced (*points at his nickname above*).
