Neon is the daughter of the boss of the Nostrad family, who are part of the Mafia. She is a hyper but spoiled young girl, who enjoys collecting body parts (whether they are legal or not) as her hobby. She is constantly protected by many bodyguards by the order of her father.
Neon possesses a prophetic ability, which she calls ‘Lovely Ghost Writer’. While she herself does not realize this, it is a form of specialization nen. Her prophecies are 100% accurate and written in the form of a poem. Neon cannot predict her own future, and is able to write a prophecy using only a small amount of information from her client. The prophecy is a automatic process, so what is written on the paper must be asked by the person in question. Neon’s father was able to rise up in rank in the Mafia because of her ability. This made her father more interested in her ability then her life. This also made her father overly protected over her, assigning her many bodyguards. Kurapica is one of Neon’s bodyguards.

Neon is the daughter of Kurapika's boss. Shes a spoiled and hyper girl. She can predict the future using her 'lovely ghost writer' in the form of a poem with 4 or 5 lines + 2 verses

Neon's Nen ability is the power to foretell people's future, but she can't foretell her own future. To do this, she must have a person's name (a nickname will do) the date of birth, (the year as well) and the person's blood type written down on paper. If the person isn't present while she is using her Lovely Ghost Writer, a photo of the person's face is needed too. Neon doesn't know what she writes because the ghost that appears on her arm does it automatically for her. All she has to do it to pick up a pen or a pencil and just let her arm write for her.
The person's future is foretold by 4 lined verses. Each verse represents a week of the month (so it's best to have your future foretold by Neon at the beginning of the month.) If there is something bad in store in the future, the poem tells you how to avoid it. If you do as the poem says, it is possible to avoid these nasty "events".
Neon is the daughter of Kurapika's boss, Right Nostrard. Neon once had 9 personal bodyguards, Kurapika being one of them, but only 4 of them are alive now. Kurapika is the present leader of her bodyguards because the Geneiryodan killed his predecessor.
