Hamdo is the insane king who is attempting to take over the planet, using Lalaru's powers at controlling water to fuel is war ship. He stops at nothing and continuously captures children to serve in his army. Abelia is he second in command.

Hamdo is the insane king of Hellywood. he wants La-La Rue for her magic water pendant so that he can fuel Hellywood. He may seem caring at first but when he is angry, he will begin to throw somthing that is almost like a tantrum, he slowly grows more and more insane each episode. But he does make for a good villian.

Hamdo is just plain insane. He is a crackpot. He has no common sense when his life was threatened. He also goes mad when someone refuses to abide by his requests and unsucessful missions.
