The lead character of this season, Takuya Kanbara is just like the typical lead characters of the past seasons. He's strong-willed, brave, reckless at times, reliable, but most of all, he wears goggles! (Just like the the lead characters of the past seasons of this show.)

Takuya Kanbara is like the leader of the whole gang. Sometimes he thinks of very stupid ideas and acts pretty stupid. He is the chosen child of fire. Most of the Frontier are often strong and kept together because of him.
