A young boy Allen met on his way to HQ. Jan and his best friend, Leo, together started an Akuma Patrol. After an encounter where he found out Leo was turned into an Akuma, Jan decided to go to his father's scientific workplace at the Vatican to gain more power in defeating the Earl of Millennium. In anime he was also named as Jan Russell and his father appears in episodes 6-8.
