Megaba is Yuko's grandma. She is member number 0 of the Cyber Detective agency she founded. She runs a shop that appears to specialize in everything cyber and metatags. Megaba is an extremely skilled hacker, most likely since her late husband was a researcher for Coil, and one of the few people skilled enough to combine metabugs and make them into metatags.
As for her Cyber Detective Club, here is a list of the members that are revealed throughout the series:

* - We are never really told who they are, but if I had to guess, I'd say Haraken may have been a member as well as Kanna. Also, if he wasn't before, I'd say Daishi may have became a member after the giant fish incident.
