She is actually the senior disciple sister of Xiao Long Nuu (Dragon Girl)but she was expelled by their master when she eloped with a man she fell in love with. The man married someone else and this perhaps is the reason why Li became a bad character. She wants to share her pain to the whole world by causing blood to shed and lives to be destroyed.
