Lt. Rei Fukai is a pilot of SAF(Special Air Force). He flies one of the recon airplanes. He trust his plane more than he trust humans, and his machine "Yukikaze" also trust his pilot. That unusual cooperation makes them a perfect weapon against the enemy.
