Haruka is a Special
Unit Captain under the TERRA Information Division Intelligence Department II.
Spearheading Operation Overlord, she infiltrates Tokyo under secret order to
help Ayato flee the embattled city, since he was the key to activating
RahXephon. Haruka is very rambunctious, but she's very well trained. A
master of various martial arts, she is also qualified in several other areas of
expertise, such as piloting, and drinking.
