Here's the villain in the anime. He's a member of the Underground Cooking Society. He used to be a disciple of Mao's mother but betrayed her. He went against Mao to become Admiral Lee's chef, they had to cook Mo Po Tofu but as fate would have it, Mao won. Later, we see him facing Mao in a rematch by cooking Mo Po Tofu, again. It was a tie and they had another rematch >.<' and this time, Mao won again.
