This girl was in the london police special fore D-11. before all of her squad was wiped out. and lord alucard makes her a vampire. after that she´s been working weith alucard on the Hellsing institute.

Victoria Ceras used to be police office because her farther was, but after a run in with undead 'Freaks' and the fake vampire that was controling them she nearly (or acutly did) lose her life. But a true vampire named Alucard offerd her to be undead and come with him...she accpted the offer and is now working for the Hellsing oragnazation with there leader Intergra. Ceras has a very hard time getting used to begin a vampire, it is later shown that she has fellings of love for her master Alucard.

Victoria was the medic in a London police unit which suffered 100% casualties at the hands of a vampire, including her own life. When offered the choice she became a vampire rather than die, and because she refuses to drink his blood she is bound to serve Alucard. Indeed, Victoria has trouble drinking anyone's blood, and also with accepting her own vampiric nature. But she is a capable addition to the Hellsing Organization and is extremely handy with her huge Harkonnen cannon.

Seras Victoria... she's aptly nicknamed Kitten by her old squad... She's very likeable and sweet...
Of course she chose to be a child of the night over death... She calls Arucard her master but shows she truly loves him when it seems like he dies in the last episode... She has a hard time with killing the Freaks and drinking blood, even if it's from a medical bag... She can carry very heavy guns and says the cutest things about them... Like: "Is this made out of plastic?" and "I'm strong girl but I'm not that strong"

A young member of the London police special force D-11. She is also the sole survivor of D-11. In a mission the entire unit was eliminated by a vampire and his ghouls. When Alucard appeared to dispose of the vampirem he gave Victoria a choice: to die or go with him. She chose to become a vampire. Because Alucard created her, he is her master. She uses a massive cannon no human could carry as a weapon.
