Chloe is a mysterious girl who claims to be the true Noir. It seems that she is about Kirika's age. She is an extremely expert assassin with the way she uses darts. Chloe works with The Soldats, and she is very close to Altena as well.
About the weapons, Chloe uses darts (shuriken and kunai) in place of guns.
Chloe's theme music is "Secret Game" and "Chloe" - a great instrumental song.

Chloe is a professional assassin, but she doesn't do it for money. What her purposes are, is a mystery on the beginning. She gets her assignments from Altena.
Although when "working" she is cold blooded, she's really a child in soul, and Altena is like a mother to her. Kirika is a special person to her, the reason clears up only later in the anime.

Chloe is a gifted assassin, who suffers from a princess complex. She uses only throwing knives for her kills, but surpasses both Murielle and Kirika in raw talent and zeal.

Chloe is an Inner Tree of Soldats, a prime candidate for becoming on of the duo that is Noir. She believes herself, and Kirika, to be of the True Noir, and hates Mireille deeply for taking her potential partner away from her. Chloe was trained personally by Artena herself, and her choice of weapon is the throwing knife. A lethal and unyielding assasin, Chloe is really just an innocent child with twisted ideals. She is very interested in kirika.
