I believe the character that Inoue Kazuhiko-san voiced for is NARUMI KIYOTAKA - Narumi Ayumu's genius detective brother, also Narumi Madoka's husband. He is a genius detective as well as pianist that was well known and respected by the Blade Children, and believes the Ayumu is the key to the Blade Children's salvation.
