Saito is Section 9's sharpshooter. He favors the .50 caliber sniper rifle and uses the magnification scope hidden in his left eye to link with a GPS satellite. His left eye and arm are cybernetic, and next to Togusa, he has the least amount of cybernetics out of all the members of Section 9.
