Shibahime Tsubasa

despite her childlike looks, Tsubasa is the same age as the rest of them, but she acts rather like a child. She arrives at the high school with an enormous crush on Arima, and will stop at nothing to remove Yukino from the equation. Like all characters in kare kano, there is quite a bit more to Tsubasa then that. But you'll have to watch the series to here the rest :)
