Cool and collected, cocky and skilled, Daisuke works for the City Saftey Management System in Judoh. He's the human partner to J, and usually does a good ammount of the practical thinking in various cases. Daisuke also takes a lot of liberties with rules and practices, and doesn't particularly care for paper work. As well, Daisuke will go out of his way to crack a joke, even if the circumstances seem grim.
