Kazuki Fuchoin may look like a woman but he's a man. It was their tradition of the Fuchoin that their children, male and female will wear kimonos. The Kaki family were the doctors of the Fuchoin family. That's why he met Juubei Kaki when he was fifteen because Juubei will be the doctor of Kazuki and soon they became best of friends.

Kadsuki Fuchoin's sexuality is questionable. It was never confirmed nor denied that he was gay, although during his childhood, it was their tradition to wear kimonos even uf they were not girls. Some of his scenes with Jubei looked as if they had a loving relationship. Even if there's no sign of masculinity in him, he's still a great fighter. He uses his strings for combat and gather information.

Kazuki Fuchoin is the most remarkable character in GB's although he might look like a girl, but he is a man. He can pull you with a string, shut your eyes, tie like you are being tied by a terrorrist blah, blah, blah!
If you mess him... he will tie you up mercilessly

Personality: Kadsuki is overall a very friendly and good-humored young man with a somewhat overpowering curiosity that leads him to be everywhere, learning everything. Due to his feminine appearance and gentleness, his enemies often underestimate him, but Kadsuki is also phenomenally intelligent (he has a habit of thinking out loud, but often his brain moves faster than his mouth, making him stumble over his sentences) and isn't quite as defenseless as he looks... Kadsuki wasn't always nice, and is perfectly capable of getting cold and merciless on your sorry behind, especially if you threaten his friends.
One of the former Four Kings of the VOLTS, currently working as a guiding agent in Shinjuku. Kadsuki is the one to go for if you want information on just about anything; chances are, he knows all of your secrets, too. He keeps in close contact with Shido and Ginji, but he doesn't usually work with them. Kadsuki fights with strings, as one might expect from the Fuuchouin String Style; there are a great many elusive fragments of this art that can't be traced. However, it is an incredibly flexible skill -- he can overhear conversations that take place in the presence of one of his strings, change his physical appearance and voice, sew people's mouths and eyes shut...
