The younger twin brother of Tweedledee. He worships Tweedledee who is also his partner, and he is completely obedient to his sister. However, towards other people, Tweedledum is cold and indifferent, and he can be abrupt without meaning to be. It is not that he means to offend people, but that he has no interest in anything besides his sister.
Tweedledum's power is "Magnetfelt", the ability to control the magnetic field around him at will. He has a powerful talent but doesn't stand out on his own because he is usually with his sister. They can even combine their powers and create a super gravity phenomenon called "Windsto. Between the twins, there has also appeared a power called "Austauschen" which is an advanced form of the sympathetic response between twins.
Even if they are far apart, by resonating their brain waves, they can exchange their consciousness, memories, and powers. As an application of that, they sometimes use it for communication. For Tweedledum, the ties between brother and sister are more important than anything. When they walk together, the reason they look more like long-time lovers or husband and wife is probably due to those strong ties. Perhaps because of that, he seems to have a feeling close to jealousy for the person his sister has a strong interest in, Lumiere.
The nicknames that they call each other are Dledee and Dledum. Especially during a mission, in order to be more professional they have a rule that he will not call her "Sister". However, Tweedledum does not seem able to stick to this rule.
