An Inspector and Auditor for the Global Union, Armblast is sent along with Lumiere and Eclair on their various missions to keep an eye on them as if they really need it. Armblast always seems to have some scheme going on behind the scenes. In fact, that is how he gets his nickname the Magician (or Wizard). Armblast is never seen without his mysterious black briefcase.

Armbrust is an Inspector for the Galactic Union and is also known as "The Magician". He customarily carries a large briefcase which has some rather unusual abilities.

Armbrust has been employed by the Galactic Union to supervise GOTT's ES-members Lumiere and Eclair. He is rather young at 20 years old, but he is very professional in what he does. Armbrust also has the ability to be extremely cruel to prisoners, which he illustrates by mocking them.
As he says, the most important tool he has is a strange briefcase which is not only un-destructable, but can compress a large amount of things into a small space.
