In complete opposition to his intimidating looks, A-ou is in fact a pacifist who acts according to his own sense of justice and beliefs. He prefers to speak in a deeply meaningful way, so much so that others consider him preachy.
He has known his partner Un-ou, since long before joining the GOTT. The free and easy Un-ou and A-ou, who always operates by a strict moral code, may seem like a strange pair at first glance. However between the two, who have faced death many times together, there is a strong bond of trust.
A-ou has eyes that can see everything. When he uses his ability, "Amplifier", his eyes glow red. It is an ability that may be called super-seeing and A-ou is capable of seeing the various flows of living energy. A-ou uses the living energy, however small to increase the effect of bodily and physical attacks. With methods such as physical proximity, Un-ou and A-ou seem to be able to share their powers as well.
