Kiryuu Touga

Touga is the 'playboy' student council president and one of the seven duelists. He is purportedly best friends with Saionji, as well as Nanami's older brother, and leagues himself with Akio in an attempt to be a prince like him, someone who shows people eternal things. Like Akio he is quick to seduce people of both genders. His true feelings for Utena remain ambiguous. He is also the only person to ever beat Utena in a duel, though he won by psychological warfare. Later, he serves as his sister Nanami's Rose Bride, but he is generally bothered by her disturbing adulation of him.
