Saionji Kyouichi

Saionji is the Vice President of the Student Council and a duelist of the Rose Crest. As the Rose Bride's fiancee, he slaps Anthy around, which goads Utena to duel him. Saionji is later expelled, but returns to Ohtori Academy through Mikage's influence.
Saionji considers himself Touga's best friend, and the two constantly duel each other in kendo. He is obsessed with Anthy, and duels Utena many times to regain her. Later, he serves as Touga's Rose Bride in Touga's effort to save Utena from End of the World.
