Ohtori Akio

Akio is Anthy's brother and the Vice Chairman, then acting Chairman, of Ohtori Academy. He is engaged to the Chairman's daughter, Kanae Ohtori. Akio himself is obsessed with power; to that end he controls the 'Rules of the Rose Crest' in an effort to regain the power of Dios, which he lost. The rose crest rings symbolize an agreement with him relating to this. Akio's hobbies include driving around in his red sports cars (usually half-naked), playing the prince, seducing and/or manipulating campus denizens of both genders, and staring at the stars in his planetarium.
