He seems to have a rather arrogant personality, but he is the kind of person who enjoys being a cheerful idiot. However, in the group, he is kinder and more emotional most of the time. Although he is a playful person, his only favorite is Phil Phleira. He accepts Teela as the leader. He has worked hard to reach the point where it's typical for him and Garu to argue over women. His body is tight and muscular. He is the fourth of a large family. He has a younger brother whose bloodtype is also EO and who will soon enter into GOA.

Cute, Hungry, Adorable, and did I mention Hungry? LOL... Rio is the cutetest piolt ever! He loves to eat what Phil his repairer cooks. He loves her cooking. Garu dislikes him and thinks he's a pain...but I don't.(I'll marry him one day!) He gets mad when people take his food away and cries about missing a meal.
