Sugishita Shunichi

Shunichi Sugishita is the Director of the 26th Department of Public Safety and he occasionally acts as a liaison between the police and the TAC when he's not making passes at Ryoko. At first glance he seems to be nothing more than a charming, girl-crazy bachelor, but don't be fooled--there's an investigator in there who wants the aragami put to rest.
