At the beginning of the series, Innova (like Zagato) seems to be evil. But as the series progresses he turns out to be Zagato's faithful servant, following his master until his demise. While some of Zagato's allies betrayed him, Innova never doubted his master's actions for a moment. Near the end of the series it is discovered that Innova possesses another form. He uses this and other abilities to serve Zagato, his master and friend.
