ok this is bulmung azue of the sky i think he likes rena...has a little grudge on shugo and is really cute! did i mention he's a origanil .hacker and also a system adminastrater (he usealy plays around THE WORLD, leaving reki all the work)rena really likes him.

Balmung of the Azure Sky... I actually know stuff about him! He made appearances in .hack//sign and the .hack games... he is a good friend of Subaru and Orca but keeps his guard up around others... he didn't trust the original Kite and probably doesn't trust Shugo , all because the Twilight or Data Drain Bracelet...

A strong and high-leveled character who's part of 'The World''s administrative staff. He enjoys creating and planning in-game events for players to participate in. He's also known as "Balmung of the Azure Sky".
He's relaxed most of the time and enjoys being a 'player' more than being a system administrator. He knew that there's something going to happen when he saw shugo and rena the first time.
he got an ex-girlfriend who is also the head of blue knights, if I'm not mistaken.
