Megumi Hisakawa

Megumi Hisakawa is the leader of the Alien Party at school #9. She teaches the girls about the responsibilites of being an alien party.
She's always seen, observing the girls and updating data on them.
She thinks Yuri may cause her trouble and tries to push the girls to their limit quickly, which resulted into the incident with Yuri's borg and the slaughter of aliens...
Megumi doesn't do things by the book. She only cares about beating Machiko.
