This character is maybe the most impressive one of all in this tv-show... Once in the past, he was a pilot and with his colleagues, fathers of Claus Valka and Ravie Head (yeh, on these pages is written Lavie, but the original one is this), he'd tryed to cross the Grand Stream, the enormous blizzard or a storm, between Anatoray and Deusis, for a motive to deliver a message, the would prevent a war. This task was confound by the Guild-queen, Maestro Delphine.
After this "interference" of her, Row was the only one, who managed to survive.
He begun to hate the Guild and above all else the Maestro.
Somewhere he found a Guildar, an exile, who had escaped the processes of slaughtery when Delphine was overtaking the power amongs the Guild, and in alliance with him, he constructed an invincible battle ship, called "Silvanna of the Genocide", he became its captain a begun his own war against those, who caused his loves death...
He is the most matter-of-fact and charismatic character of the serial, who lives actually just for his revenge.
Only once he fully demonstrates his emotions: Part 18 or 19, about 20th minute.

Alex Low (could be Row, or Rowe, but animenfo chose Low, not my choice) is the captain of the Sylvana. He is twenty-eight years old. The history behind him is a mystery. However, he is given the charge of protecting Albis Hamilton.
