Arisa meets up with Shima on the ship that takes them to Stellvia, and becomes her good friend and roommate. She is an ultra genki girl and a good friend to Shima, always cheering her up when she's depressed about her troubles. We rarely see her looking troubled or sober about anything until Shima's troubles seem to have taken a rest.

Arisa then reveals that she still doesn't know what path she will take, as isn't especially good at anything, but she's willing to wait and find out what her path will be.
