Raquel Kasull is the sister of Shanon Kasull and is a guardian of Pacifica Kasull(the Scrapped Princess) who is her adopted sister. She is very skilled at magic although she is very modest about it. She is highly optomistic and always seems to maintain her cool.

Raquel is one of Pacifica's Guardians. She is a moderate girl that can cast quite some magic. She appears to surprise people with the fact that she can cast very powerful magic with very short spells. Raquel is also Pacifica's older sister.
