Umeki Papa

Ruri/Edel's probably false "papa" while she is on Earth. Why does he get a cast entry but not "Umeki-mama" and Jiro? Who knows.

He's likely not really her father, and probably had his memories modified much like Suzuo's mother. However, he believes he is, and treats her like his daughter. He works hard selling something (we're never told what), though the economy is in a recession, but has a hidden liking for the same sort of perverted games as Kurinohana/Melonflower.
