FMP :
EX-commander of a submarine in the British Royal Navy and the Executive Officer of the Tuatha de Danaan.
Experienced in submarine warfare and operations to the table, he serves as an advisor to the inexperienced Capt. Testarossa on combat procedures.
Sousuke, however, is not overly fond of Commander Mardukas and tends to tense up whenever he is near.
