Harry McDowel, also known as "Bloody Harry". Harry is the man who runs the syndicate known as Millenion and is the man Grave seeks revenge on.

When Brandon and Harry were friends younger they both joined the syndicate and became great members. Harry then killed Big-Daddy when he had become part of the "Family". Soon he killed Brandon when he found him treacherous to the syndicate and he then killed Maria. He then went after Maria's daughter, Mika. He know wishes to crush Brandon, who has come back as Grave.
