Dr. Aki Haruaki is the mysterious male nurse of the school where each of the main characters go. He always wears a pair of glasses with a slip-on monacol that can measure how much magic a person has and how many times that person can use it. As doctors go, he can be considered an antagonist like most other characters because he has witnessed the results whenever Kazuki uses his magic. One thing can be said about him and that is interesting. I think he also has a thing for Kazuki and Yuna's homeroom teacher. Akai is the one who let the reason why Kuriko wanted Kazuki so badly, so, in a way, he's to blame for all the girls chasing after the poor slob.

Akai-sensei is the resident doctor for Aoi Private Academy. He keeps an eye on Kazuki and it appears that he knows more than he is letting on. His magical powers seem to be formidable but he generally spends his time quietly writing reports, performing health check-ups, and occasionally helping out Kazuki and his friends.
