Speedy is around 18 years old. He seems to be a really nice person, and he calls himself a 'Doll-Breeder' as he is very knowledgeable about the Dolls on the Planet. He decided to tag along with Layla and Nei after seeing Layla's fight in the city that he used to live in. He also found Nei very different from all other Doll and wanted to learn more about her.
