Chizuko Oe is one of Suguru's friends from school. She has a very well-developed taste and could identify various foods by taste alone. Often she would sample Mahoro's food and state that the receipe came from a certain restaurant.

Out of Suguru's three good "lady-friends" Chizuko is the least obsessed with him. She seems to have no intention of trying to win him, but to supply him with porno mags for food vouchers. Yes, her obsession is food. For such a small person she seems to be constantly eating, being able to distinguish countless different restarants all over the world. She has a definite loving of Mahoro's dishes and is incredibly loud when tasting good food, including the exact location of where she last tasted the dish.
