Seyia Kou is a memeber of the popular band, The Three Lights. He does the vocals of the group. He comes to Earth to find the Light of Hope to save his planet and find his princess, Princess Kakyuu. He falls in love with Usagi and calls her Odango (Meatball Head). He wants to go out with her, but she turns him down. He becomes Sailor Star Fighter.

The Three Lights came in search of their princess Kakyuu, who escaped from their planet, Kinmoku, when Galaxia attacked it, resulting in its destruction.
Although we don't really know what her powers are since she didn't reveal them, Galaxia choose not to directly attack Earth until she had Kakyuu's Star Seed.
