Sakuya wants to be seen as a woman in her own right, not just as a "little sister." She is quite direct about it as well.
She's very fashionable, and takes it upon herself to co-ordinate her Dear Brother's wardrobe. She also seems to assist the other sisters.
Though outwardly confident and poised, she seems to take the deepest wounds from separation from Wataru (With the possible exception of Karen.)
And maybe it's just the hairstyle, but I kept thinking of her as the girl that Robin Sena (Witch Hunter Robin) could have been with a happy childhood. :)

Sakuya is one of the four sisters who sees Wataru as more than just a big brother. Unlike the other three, Sakuya is actually very open about her attraction to him and will go out of her way to flirt with her Dear Brother, as she calls him. Very flirtatious, she has often told him that she'd like him "to do things" with her in flirtatious tones, which make him very uncomfortable and once wanted to know what it would be like to marry him as a part of a game. Like the other three, maybe, she can make his heart skip a beat. The reason she feels this way is because she is an adopted sister, not blood-related.
She is a very sly little fox since she can use her femenine charm to her advantage when she wants to pick clothes for him.

Sakuya is the eldest of the girls, along with Chikage. Among the girls she's the most mature one and very fashionable. And being the tallest, having feratures and the fashion sense of a model helps even more in the fashion department - this girl knows how to look beautiful.
While the 4 eldest girls (Sakuya, Chikage, Haruka and Karen) love their brother to the point of wanting (and yes, willing) to be his bride, only Sakuya makes her affections openly.

An very direct girl. She likes to tease his brother saying that she'll be his wife.
