Yotsuba IMO is the cutest sister of the 12.
She's the curious one in the 'family' and acts as the detective. She tries to record everything her brother does and always carries her magnify lens around ^_^

A regular adventurer of the family, she speaks with a British accent. I think she might have some Holmes in her blood since she is more-or-less always "checking" things with her magnifying glass. Yotsuba considers herself an amteur detective and is always eager to investigate something she's been hearing about or seen for the first time. Yotsuba starts off as noisy because she desperately wants to read one of Wataru's e-mails. She refers to him as "Brother Dearest". Maybe because she was jumping around due to excitement when Wataru foudn her at his new school, I found her kinda adorable.
She's a bit like Mami because she wants to know as much about her brother as much as she can, but is more open about it.
Yotsuba becomes Cute-Girl-Theif-Clover to play with Wataru and pretends to kidnap herself and only agrees to "return" Yotsuba again if he agrees to take care of her forever.
