Rinrin is a genius girl who can create all sort of amazing inventions like her submarine and Mecha-Rinrin, though it doesn't look a thing like her. She, like her sister Mamoru, always something on her head at all times, in her case goggles and also refers to Wataru as "Big Bro". Even though she's a genius machanic, she's on a limited budget and is kinda cheap, using any free resources at her disposal.
During a trip Rinrin proves just how much like Sakyua she can be by "flirting" with Wataru in order to get more funds for her Mecha-Rinrin projec. from him. But you never know....
When she works on a new, more phyically accurate, version of herself she shows she might actually be a bit more attached to Wataru since she asks him "If I'm gone, will you be sad?...I made it to support you. But when I was making it, I began to notice....."
It's not unusal for her to team up with Yotsuba.

A technological genious with the ability to make her inventions popular among the family. For making these awe inspireing inventions she requires "financial aid" from her brother.

Ever since early childhood, Rinrin developed a fasination to machinery and the passion to invent things. In short, she's the mechanical mind of the family.
Because inventing things cost money, Rinrin is the only sister that always ask her brother for funds - ie. money.
One of Rinrin's major projects is the Mecha Rinrin, an android that's essentially a replica of herself. Rinrin's hope from this project is to have her android to help her brother while she's away overseas to study.
