Alter: Shell Bullet
Profile: Being part of the small percentage of humans that was infected by the Lost Ground natural disaster, Kazuma developed an alter ability where his right arm and torso are encased in metallic armor. He survives on occasional mercenary jobs he receives from his friend Kimishima. He resides with his younger friend Kanami in the dilapidated slums of the Lost Ground. Both being orphans, Kazuma has a special bond with Kanami and his priority in life is to keep her safe. Kazuma utilizes his special ability to complete these tasks handed to him and can disappear for days on end to finish his mercenary duties. but the monetary compensation is usually insufficient to sustain his livelihood with Kanami.
Altar User
When Kazuma initiates his Alter ability Shell Bullet, his right arm and torso becomes encased in a metallic alloy. Shell bullet enables Kazuma to attack with a tremendous amount of force from his right arm. At the same time, the metallic casing will act as armor during fights. Three spiraling fins will also appear on his back during transformation. The fins act as a boosting element when attacking. Each time an attack is initiated, one fin will disintegrate while giving off a green burst of energy to propel him through the air. The first attack is called

He is very protective of Kanami. Kanami and he are like brother and sister to each other. Both orphans they have grown up together and support each other. Kazuma get work from his friend Kimishima. Most of the work that Kimishima gives to him needs the use of his alter. He has the belief that he only uses his alter to protect people and for his jobs.

Kazuma is the main character. An Alter user fighting for his own believes for himself. For those who do not know that he is an Alter user he is considered to be a slacker, a no good. But for those who know his Alter ability he as a hero aswell as a feared enemy.

Kazuma is gruff, stubborn, and has a completely one-track mind. He looks after Kanami and is extremely protective of her in an attempt to shield her from the harsh reality of the Lost Ground, to the point that he never even tells her that he is one of the feared Alter Users. Though he lacks wit and foresight, his single-minded determination and refusal to give up is what keeps him going through trials, abuse, and condemnation from normals and other Alter Users alike.
