Profile: Recruited by Ryuho to be in HOLY from the undeveloped slums of the Lost Ground, Xeres is by his side constantly. She secretly harbors feelings for Ryuho but that love is not reciprocated. This unrequited love is often turned into jealousy when she sees Mimori Kiryu near Ryuho. Xeres is often high-spirited but despite her typical teenage whimsical attitude, she has a great sense of duty as a member of HOLY.

Xeres/Sherrise/Sheris Adjani
A cute and spunky 15 year old girl, Xeres is one of the elite officers of Holy and takes her job very seriously, and is definitely a major member of the holy hierarchy even when she seems slightly out of place because of her cheerful personality.
She has a huge crush for her fellow officer Ryuho which often goes unrequited, and often gets jealous when she observes Ryuho and Mimori together. Her special ability as an Alter is known as 'Eternal Devote' which requires most of her strength to activate her power and hence she rarely uses that ability.

A mild-tempered Alter User, she has a hopeless and obvious infatuation with Ryuhou which he seems either oblivious of or ignores. She seems to take care of most of the executive aspects of the special Alter User team. She doesn't show her ability until late in the series, as it is considered weak due to its subtlety and its unique affect on her.
